The New York State Education Department (NYSED) is one of the most respected education agencies in the United States. The Sheffield School is licensed under the demanding standards of NYSED, and all our programs are regularly reviewed and approved by NYSED, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of education materials, student service and business practices. The Distance Education and Training Council is the nation’s premier accrediting organization for home-study schools. The Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a globally recognized accrediting agency, for online learning schools and distance education. Their rigorous evaluation process applies the same standards upheld by long-established "brick and mortar" institutions.
The DETC reviewed the manner in which we deliver our courses, the support that we provide each and every one of our students, and accepted us as one of their accredited members. Sheffield School's No-Risk Refund Policy
The best way to determine if our program is right for you is to try it yourself.
As explained in our catalog and on our Enrollment Agreement, you’re welcome to try an Sheffield School Course at no risk. You’re welcome to examine our Course for 21-days in your home, and if, for any reason, you decide our program is not right for you, simply notify us and return the materials and we’ll send you a complete refund. Our refund policy exceeds that required by either DETC or NYSED.
