About Payments. All payments must be denominated in U.S. dollars. We advise you NOT to send cash.

About Tariffs. Most of our Course materials can be shipped to you without taxes or tariffs. This is because a United Nations resolution exempts instructional lessons, audiotapes, and videotapes from tariffs of member nations.

We find on occasion that a local government official will arbitrarily apply a tariff or VAT on some Course items that do not precisely fall within the limits of the United Nations resolution. To minimize such charges, we enclose Duty Papers with all shipments outside the U.S. stating a nominal value for these items. If you are asked by your local authorities to pay any duty or VAT, therefore, the amount is usually negligible.
